This course is aimed at teaching you how to make great Italian food quickly; a selection of 10 dishes have been carefully chosen due to the fact they can be created in anything from 5 - 30 minutes. Recipes will include a selection of seasonal Italian starters, risotto and quick fresh pasta sauces.
There will also be main course supper dishes as well as a couple of fabulous desserts such as ‘torta caprese’ (almond and chocolate tart) which tastes as though you have spent hours slaving in the kitchen, yet can be done in no time!
This is a very busy class, with lots to do and something for everyone's taste.
Meal (dishes prepared during the class)
