This class is aimed at keen would be cooks who have a passion for Italian food and are keen to learn how to make pasta from scratch. Our chef will teach you the techniques of pasta making, step by step. Learn how to roll and cut your own long pasta such as tagliatelle, and how to stuff ravioli. To compliment your new skills learn how to recreate sauces at home that include Genovese pesto, versatile tomato sauce, rich ragu and a classic "carbonara".
