Make great quality pasta from scratch including fettucine & stuffed pasta such as ravioli and mezza luna; along with five seasonal sauces including tomato, ragu alla Bolognese, sage and butter to complement the different shapes of pasta. 
Class sizes are kept small @ 'Caldesi's Kitchen', book early to avoid disappointment!

  • Fresh fettucine with rocket pesto
  • Spinach tagliatelle
  • Classic Bolognese Ragu
  • Classic Italian tomato sauce
  • Spinach and ricotta ravioli in butter and sage sauce with pinenuts
