When Giancarlo was told to cut all gluten from his diet some years ago it seemed a tragedy for a man who had lived for pasta. However, Giancarlo didn’t give up, he decided to create the best gluten free pasta recipe ever turning his tragedy into triumph.
On this course you’ll learn his now famous recipe and a vast range of other gluten-free dishes too. You’ll end the course sitting down as a team and enjoying your dishes as dinner with wine.
