In the run up to the publication of the Caldesi’s latest book ‘The Diabetes Weight Loss Cookbook’ join Giancarlo as he discusses his incredible journey to good health through the adoption of a ‘Low-carb lifestyle’
Having fought off the perils of being overweight and the symptoms of type 2 Diabetes he passionately believes it is important to share his hard-gained knowledge on the importance of diet, of listening to your body and taking steps in time. To share the knowledge of someone that has been there.
“The message is clear and simple to begin with, it has taken me long time to understand how diabetes and other symptoms are working within my body” says Giancarlo “The most valuable part of overcoming age onset illnesses is your commitment and strength of character and durability to maintain your health”.
This is an inspirational and practical event where along with discussing his journey to fitness via the ‘Low-carb lifestyle’, he’ll also share some great recipes for healthy dishes, his tips, all culminating with a Q&A and a lunch of low carb dishes.
