The true beauty of Tuscany is translated into flavour on this course that will teach you the secrets to selecting the best ingredients and the traditions behind the dishes you’ll be cooking. You’ll then create a variety of dishes that loom large on the Tuscan menu.
After creating a fabulous 3 course Tuscan meal you will enjoy them as meal with a glass of regional wine.
You’ll top off the evening by taking home a box of Giancarlo’s favourite Sienese biscuits ‘Ricciarelli’ which you would have made earlier in the course.
- Black crostini
- Fettuccine with tomato, sausage and fennel seeds ragù
