Join Stefano on this fun, fast paced cookery course where in just 30 minutes you’ll prepare some wonderfully light ravioli and a sage, pine-nut and butter sauce before taking a bowl away to enjoy later (if you can wait that long).
 
The pasta dough will have been prepared but you’ll be shown how to roll out to the prefect thickness, make a traditional stuffing and seal before cooking and coating in the simple, yet satisfying sauce. Once you’ve made these tasty, authentic ravioli we can guarantee they’ll become a frequent favourite in your cookery repertoire.
