Join Giancarlo Caldesi for an exclusive evening of Tuscan food and storytelling as he takes you on a personal journey through the food of his childhood. We are, they say, the ‘product of our past’ and on this evening Giancarlo brings his past to life with dishes chosen to illustrate of a 1950’s childhood on a rural farm in Tuscany. A selection of fine Tuscan wines selected by Giancarlo will also be served to accompany each course.
