Join this popular hands-on pizza making course, where you will learn how to make the perfect pizza dough from scratch and how to make ‘Focaccia’ (Italian bread), which you can take home. You will also prepare a vast array of toppings to be used to create your pizza and, by the end of the class we hope you will become a master in kneading, seasoning, dressing and baking pizzas. There will also be Italian salads for you to create and enjoy along with a seasonal dessert. This promises to be a fun, sociable, informal cookery course, where you can enjoy your pizzas as soon as they come out of the oven.
