Join Stefano on this monthly weekend hands-on cookery course where the preparation of a delicious Sunday lunch starts from the very beginning, with the chef taking you on a culinary journey through the flavours of the Marylebone Farmer’s market. Together you will choose seasonal, local and fresh ingredients directly from the stalls with a chance to meet and chat with the producers. On returning back to the school with your bags full of goodies, together you’ll cook a selection of Italian dishes for a “pranzo della domenica” (‘Italian Sunday lunch’); with dishes such as smoked cheese gnocchi with cherry tomato & basil sauce, chicken under a brick & for dessert 'mimosa cake'.
