Join Katie on this cookery course that explores the vastly varied world of pasta and the sauces that accompany it.
They say there’s over 350 types of pasta and on this course you’ll be making some of them from fresh as well as using dried pasta too. You’ll be discovering what types of sauces go with what types of pasta and discovering some great recipes for sauces and fillings too.
This course is a companion to Katie and Giancarlo’s latest book ‘The Long and Short of Pasta’ which will be available to purchase on the day.
Sample Dishes:-
  • Spaghetti with Red onion and anchovy sauce
  • Linguine with Sardine and wild fennel sauce
  • Fresh tagliatelle with roasted tomatoes, chilli and garlic
  • Fresh ravioli with potato and cheese with Tuscan ragu
  • Cannelloni filled with ragu and ricotta
