Booking Cookery Classes
Your place(s) on any of our cookery/wine courses are only reserved after full payment has been received.All courses are transferable up to 28 days before the cookery course; after that date if you are unable to attend we ask you to send someone else in your place. We are unable to offer refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel or alter any course dates, and in this case all attendants will be notified and will be able to transfer to another available course or receive a full refund if canceling the booking.
Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the specified start time of any class.
Purchasing Goods
All products are offered subject to availability and if we cannot complete your order you will be offered a full refund.All orders will be dispatched after confirmation of payment through Realex. If a dispatch delay longer than 7 working days is expected we will inform you by email with the option of cancelling your order.
