Join Giancarlo at Caldesi in Campagna in Bray on Thames to enjoy an autumnal supper Tuscan style. Drawing on his upbringing in the rural Tuscan hills Giancarlo has put together a traditional menu with some of his favourite childhood dishes drawn from the hunter’s bounty.
