Without taking a plane imagine you are in a Sicilian farmhouse on this hands-on cookery course with the talented Italian chef Valentina Harris.  Join Valentina in cooking a selection of Sicilian specialities from antipasti such as arancini, aubergine timballo & caponata; perhaps a pasta dish showcasing the best of Sicilian seafood such as tagliolini with clams & langoustines, ricotta crostata for dessert & more to be enjoyed as lunch with a selection of Sicilian wines such as Grillo di Sicilia & Nero d'avola.
