Indulge your 'A Passion for Pasta' on this masterclass with Carmela Sereno Hayes author of the book by the same name.
On this course where pasta is the start Carmela will inspire you to create some fantastic dinner party and family pasta centered dishes.  She’ll take you on a delicious journey of discovery showcasing both the well known and lesser known dishes from the regions of Italy. From forming the most attractive coloured pasta to creating filled pasta and hand shaped pasta including making seasonal sauces and dressings to match.
As with all our courses after you’ve spent a morning of creation you’ll sit down as a team and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine to compliment your meal.
Sample Dishes:-
  • Passatelli pasta in freshly made vegetable brodo
  • Squid ink spaghetti with clams, calamari and tomato
  • Stripped doppio raviolo pasta with two fillings
  • Gnocchetti Sardi pasta with a cherry tomato and Parmesan rind sauce
  • Pressed herb pasta made into a fresh egg yolk raviolo with ricotta and spinach and a butter and sage
