The Tuscan kitchen is all about seasonality, it is about honesty in food, simple, fresh ingredients bought together to maximise on flavour - it is the mantra that the Tuscan chef lives by and the theme of our course.
Join Giancarlo or Gregorio as they take you through a range of seasonal Tuscan dishes.
These will be dishes like Ginacarlo’s famous Tuscan ragu, a classic polpette  with a rich tomato sauce, veal parcels stuffed with cheese and wild mushrooms and cavolo nero with chilli and garlic and more. It truly depends on what’s best in season on the day but be sure you’ll come away with plenty of great dishes to add to your repertoire.
As with all our courses, once the cooking is done you’ll sit down as a group to enjoy a relaxed lunch with a glass or two of wine.

Class sizes are kept to just 6 places to guarantee social distancing, book early to avoid disappointment!
