Learn to make great quality fresh pasta from scratch on this course with Katie at the Caldesi family home ion Gerrards Cross (20mins by train from Marylebone).
Master the art of creating authentic Italian fresh pasta including fettucine & stuffed pasta such as ravioli and mezza luna.
You’ll also create five seasonal sauces including tomato, ragu alla Bolognese, sage and butter to complement the different shapes of pasta you have made.
Sit down after the course and discuss over variations of pasta while enjoying the fruits of you labour and a glass over a glass of wine (or two!).
Class sizes are kept to just 8 places @ 'Caldesi's Kitchen', book early to avoid disappointment!
