This course has been created with the budding teenager chef in mind, it is aimed at children aged 13yrs - 17yrs, who love to cook and would like to learn more.  Stefano Borella, our resident chef, will teach them the essential techniques to create a typical Italian meal.  They will be guided through the different courses learning how to make Italian classics such as focaccia, two essential sauces for pasta such as ragu & arrabbiata.  Other dishes may include stocks, a seasonal risotto, a main course meat or fish dish, seasonal contorni (vegetable dishes) and a classic Italian dessert.  The day consists of a combination of short demonstrations & hands-on cooking.  This is an intensive day as there is a lot to cover.  Lunch is included.  The dishes change with the seasons so students can return to us throughout the year.

Class sizes are kept to just 8 places to guarantee social distancing, book early to avoid disappointment!
