Chef, food writer and teacher Adriana Rabionovich has been working with gluten free products for many years and has developed a fabulous range of recipes that are gluten free. Join us in this comprehensive 1 day hands-on workshop where you will learn about the principles of gluten free cookery: Adriana will show you how to make gluten free focaccia, pizza & fresh pasta. Stefano Borella our chef, will also teach you how to make two fresh pasta sauces for you to enjoy with your pasta. A light lunch, wine & recipes of the day included, you also get to take home what you make.
