Join us in this comprehensive 1 day hands-on workshop where you will learn about the principles of gluten free cookery: Adriana will show you how to make gluten free focaccia, a seeded loaf, pizza & fresh pasta, along with a variety of fresh pasta sauces. A light lunch, wine & recipes of the day included, you also get to take home what you make.
