Join her in the Caldesi family kitchen in Gerrards Cross and learn how to make some of the stand out classics of Italian cuisine the proper way – ‘Like Mamma used to make’. 
These are often simple to make recipes yet they’re packed with secrets and nuances that bring out the maximum flavour from the ingredients.
This class is kept to a minimum of 8 participants to ensure the you get the most from your learning experience.

  • Fresh pasta ravioli stuffed with potato and cheese
  • Memmo’s beef ragu
  • Porchetta – roast pork with sage and pine nut stuffing
  • Spinach sautéed with chilli and garlic
  • Potatoes alla Nonna
