Felicity Cloake, creator of The Guardian’s long-running How to Make the Perfect column, is known for her smart, joyful explorations of food and her lively Instagram community @felicitycloake
For one night only, Katie Caldesi will interview Felicity about her culinary adventures in France, the UK, and the US, with a focus on Italian-American favorites like pizza. Join a playful showdown between classic Neapolitan and bold American styles.
