Consider the Anchovy: A Dinner in Their Honour Wednesday 19th August, 7pm · Caldesi, Marylebone
For one night only, Caldesi puts the humble anchovy centre stage. Sudi Pigott, author of Consider the Anchovy, joins for a short talk before a four-course dinner that showcases this tiny fish’s big flavour — from a tutored anchovy tasting to fresh stuffed anchovies with fennel and lemon.
