Our school of Italian cooking is the place to get your hands dirty: the majority of our courses are hands on cookery classes, this means that all the participants are able to get involved as much as they want.
ARRIVE AT LOCATION
On arrival you will be greeted by our cookery school assistants; you can start to relax and get to know your fellow students and prepare for the cooking session. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served.
MEET YOUR TEACHER
Before the start of the course, your cookery teacher welcomes you and introduces the menu with a brief explanation of the techniques and ingredients used during the class.
You will find the ingredients for each recipe laid out for you ready to be used. Even though you won’t cook every single dish, the flexible format of the class provides plenty of opportunity to get involved in the making of the menu.
AND NOW THE TASTY PART…
After all the hard work you can finally put your feet up and be rewarded with the delicious meal you have created; enjoy your lunch/dinner accompanied by Italian wine in the company of your teacher and fellow students.
