These are fantastic for corporate days, team building challenges, a reward for great work, a special thank you, birthdays, anniversaries, hen or stag parties or just a fun way to get together with friends and learn to cook great food. We also offer private dining and dry hire at our cookery school and your event can be designed specifically to your own needs. Corporate groups up to 22 people can be accommodated at any one time, to suit your convenience, daytime and evening, Monday to Sunday. We offer ‘hands on’ tailor made cookery events, chef demonstrations and Italian wine tastings. You set the agenda for your personal course whether it’s learning to make great fresh pasta, the perfect risotto, brushing up on your butchery or pastry making skills; you can have quality time learning from our expert teachers. You decide what you want to achieve and our chefs will work directly with you to reach your goals. We’ll agree a mutually convenient time and tailor your experience with a private 1 to 1 designed to nail the culinary skills you’ve always wanted to improve on. A half day course for individuals costs £450pp exc VAT and couples is £500 exc VAT.
